Our Refund Policy

Healthy Little Ones adheres to the Australian Consumer Law, whereby if products received do not meet a consumer guarantee, for example where goods are not of acceptable quality, customers have the right to request a refund or replacement. To initiate a refund or replacement customers are encouraged to contact via email at info@healthylittleones.com.au. Replacement products will be sent in line with our Shipping Policy. We attempt to process refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
